TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 499 OF 2019 By (1) Anna Awino Okoth and (2) Mary Beryl Okoth, both of P.O. Box 3195-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffery Okoth Juma alias Geoffrey Okoth Juma, who died on 23rd February, 2002. CAUSE No. 747 OF 2019 By Jane Adhiambo Ndalo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ndalo Omedo, who died on 22nd April, 2002. CAUSE No. 16 OF 2020 By Stephen Agalo Agalo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonida Omole Agalo, who died on 4th November, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
