TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 592 OF 2019 By Shahara Achieng Gero, of P.O. Box 94, Akala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Osewe Ngutu, who died at West Katieno, Kisumu, on 4th October, 2002. CAUSE No. 200 OF 2020 By Rose Achieng Ojwang, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ouko Opiyo, who died on 14th July, 1989. CAUSE No. 201 OF 2020 By Fredrick Oswo Obunga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obunga Abwao, who died on 10th May, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
