TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2020 By (1) Parsilange Ntokoiwuan and (2) Daniel Paraiwua Ntokoiwuan, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirrinkai ole Ntokoiwuan, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 14th April, 2019. CAUSE No. 7 OF 2020 By (1) Ipite Wuantai Mariko, (2) Margaret ene Namerea Mariko and (3) Violet Seleiyan Oyie, the deceased's widows and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Wuantai ole Mariko, who died at Ongata, Naado, on 12th September, 2019. CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2020 By (1) Nelson Lenkunyinyi Parmuya and (2) Lanto William Parmuya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Morinke Parmoya alias Mathew Parmoya, who died at Siyiapei, on 11th May, 1998. CAUSE No. 12 OF 2020 By (1) Joseph Meitamei Mpaayei and (2) Ben Oloishorua Luka, the deceased's brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luke Lemaiyian, who died on 3rd May, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
