TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 69 OF 2020 By Ronald Ngara Abobo, of P.O. Box 1, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Abobo Mogoi, who died at Nyangweta, Gucha South Location, on 30th December, 2011. CAUSE No. 70 OF 2020 By Mokami Rioba Mokami, of P.O. Box 1, Kehancha in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rioba Mukami, who died at Kurutiyange Sub-location, on 24th February, 1998. CAUSE No. 71 OF 2020 By (1) Agnes Moroga Kabaka and (2) Peter Moherai Moroga, both of P.O. Box 1, Kehancha in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moroga Kabaka Ngera, who died at Taranganya Sub-location, on 15th October, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
