TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 183 OF 2019 By Samson Boge Ademi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ademi Boge, who died at Mungoma Location, on 4th January, 2003. CAUSE NO. 186 OF 2019 By Mary Atieno Odhiambo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Onyango Adera, who died at Pastor Machage M. Hospital in Kenya, on 28th May, 2011. CAUSE No. 239 OF 2019 By Elizabeth Kiambo Idi, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Nashon Idi, who died at Nyabomo Village, on 6th October, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
