TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 45 OF 2020 By Perez Akinyi Oyugi, of P.O. Box 1-40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Oyugi Waga, who died on 8th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. 49 OF 2020 By (1) Joshua Opiyo Nyagai and (2) Dickson Odongo Nyagai, both of P.O Box 13-40303, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Aol Nyarasi alias Aol Nyarasi, who died at Kakech, Kotieno, on 3rd February, 2013. CAUSE No. 50 OF 2020 By (1) Joel Odhiambo Ajuoga and (2) Ezra G. Odondi Odhiambo, both of P.O Box 13-40303, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Odhiambo Ajuoga, who died at Homa Bay Hospital in Kenya, on 1st April, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
