TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 65 OF 2020 By Margaret Wangui Daudi, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchoki Waithaka, who died at Kabati, on 1st March, 2004. CAUSE No. 66 OF 2020 By Danson Murigi Waithaka, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waithaka Kiiru, who died at Thika Medical, on 21st April, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
