TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By Sabiniano Mutegi Gakabu, of P.O. Box 2897-60200, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Victor N'Gakabu alias M'Gakabu Ciarunore, who died at Kithingiri Location, on 12th August, 1985. CAUSE No. 6 OF 2020 By Peter Mugao Mugwika, of P.O. Box 1-60215, Marimanti in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gideon Mugwika Njara, who died at Kirangare Sub-location, on 12th Jnauary, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
