TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 70 OF 2020 By Nancy Weveti Njeru, of P.O. Box 197, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alesius Njeru Nthiga, who died at Thika Nursing Home, on 24th March, 2018. CAUSE No.71 OF 2020 By Paul Njue, of P.O. Box 55-60102, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robat Njoka Njeru alias Njoka Ndathanio, who died at Nguthi Sub-location, on 12th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
