TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 35 OF 2020 By Lona Awinja Arunga, of P.O. Box 21, Khwisero in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseck Matika Omukhwana alias Josek Matika Muhuaya, who died on 17th March, 1990. CAUSE No. 56 OF 2020 By Benson Enane Omolo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omolo Omutimba, who died at Muhaka in 2000. CAUSE No. 62 OF 2020 By John Omamo Ndunde, of P.O. Box 24, Butere in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yohana Otaba Ndunde alias Ndunde, who died at Buchenya, on 18th April, 1967. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
