TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 93 OF 2020 By Melder Auma Achieng, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Otieno Agot alias Johana Agot, who died on 25th January, 2001. CAUSE No. 94 OF 2020 By Joyce Amolo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Aluoch Oswere, who died at District Hospital, Siaya in Kenya, on 4th August, 1998. CAUSE No. 95 OF 2020 By Fredick Owino Obonyo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Obonyo Ogola alias Obonyo Ogola, who died at Abom, on 1st January, 2000. CAUSE No. 102 OF 2020 By Rose Auma Ojode, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Migose Rabari alias Migose Rabari, who died at Ragengni, on 3rd March, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
