TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 48 OF 2020 By Mary Atieno Anyango, of P.O. Box 77, Sega in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbanda Onyango Ogeda, who died at Sagam Community Hospital in Kenya, on 21st April, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. By (1) Francis Odero Opiyo and (2) Fred Okelo Odero, both of P.O. Box 1-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Odero Ojwando, who died on 4th April, 2003. CAUSE No. 39 OF 2020 By Daniel Omondi Ayah alias Daniel Omondi Okoth, of P.O. Box 454, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Okoth Aol alias Aol Ojowi, who died on 12th August, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
