TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 48 OF 2020 By Musa Chapya Okinda, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Okinda F. Jagogo alias Robert Okinda Jagogo, who died at Sub-district Hospital, Yala in Kenya in 2010. CAUSE No. 50 OF 2020 By Philip Mbandu Okeno, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Okeno Mayaka, who died at Mundeku in 1990. CAUSE No. 51 OF 2020 By Geoffrey Makokha Okura, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Okura Mukonzo, who died at Lung'anyiro in 2017. CAUSE No. 52 OF 2020 By Rosemary Akoth Wasiach, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Onyango Oloo alias Parasi Onyako Oloo, who died at Bungasi in 2008. CAUSE No. 53 OF 2020 By Samuel Omukuba Oyombera, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Oyombera Omukuba, who died at Mulwanda in 2012. CAUSE No. 28 OF 2020 By (1) Titus Maundu Nzambu and (2) Mutuku Nzambu, both of P.O. Box 82, Kivunga in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzambu Mutisya, who died at Yatta, Ikombe, on 3rd February, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
