THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Chege Kiguta, of P.O. Box 5, Limuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land known as Limuru/Bibirioni/4294, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, the land register shall be reconstructed.
