THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Chepkurgat Baraiwo, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as parcel No. Nandi/Chepkunyuk/422, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the Environment and Land Court at Eldoret in E&L no. 327 of 2013, has issued an order of transfer to Marsela Jebitok Ruto, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed to be surrendered to the land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the instrument of transfer in the name of Marsela Jebitok Ruto, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Mary Chepkurgat Baraiwo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
