THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stanley Ndingori Wanjiku, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Diani Settlement Scheme/397, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas the Environment and Land Court at Mombasa in ECL no. 197 of 2017, has ordered that the said title deed has been cancelled and it has been held that George Stephen Njoroge Macharia the plaintiff is entitled to be registered proprietor of the said land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (90) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with registration of the instrument and issue land title deed George Stephen Njoroge Macharia, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Stanley Ndingori Wanjiku, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
