THE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT

APPOINTMENT
WHEREAS, by an appointment order dated the 20th November,
2019, the Commissioner for Co-operative Development appointed (1)
Phillips Koremo Chief Co-operative Officer, Headquarters (2)
Lawrence Magaju, Co-operative Auditor I, Tharaka Nithi County, to
hold an inquiry within fifteen (15) days with effect from the 25th
November, 2019 and whereas Phillips Koremo and Lawrence Magaju
have not been able to complete the inquiry.
NOW therefore, I extend the inquiry period concerning the
business of Ndetika Rural Sacco Society Limited (CS/6749) for fifteen
(15) days from the 11th December, 2019.
