APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) of
the Constitution as read with sections 30 (2) (d), (e) and 35 of the
County Governments Act, 2012, and upon approval by the Kericho
County Assembly I, Paul Kiprono Chepkwony, Governor of Kericho
County, appoint the person named in the first column of the Schedule,
to be a member of the Kericho County Executive Committee
responsible for the matters respectively specified in the second column
of the schedule.
