PURSUANT to powers conferred upon the County Assembly by virtue of Article 178 (3) of the Constitution of Kenya, section 11 (1) of the County Governments Act and Standing Order 58 (1) of the County Assembly Standing Orders, by a Resolution of more than 75% of the members of the County Assembly at its sitting of 29th September, 2014, in the afternoon, David Kinisu Sifuna, is removed from office as speaker of the County Assembly of Trans Nzoia.
