notice is given that County Assembly shall convene on 14th October, 2014, at 2.30 p.m. for the purpose of election of the Speaker, County Assembly of Trans Nzoia. Interested and eligible persons are notified that nomination papers may be obtained from the Clerk and handed back to the Clerk, at least fourty-eight hours before the time appointed at which the County Assembly is to meet to elect the speaker.
