APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by secjon 73 (#) (ii) of the
Children Act (No. 8 of 2001), the Chief Justice appoints-
DUKE M. MORARA,
Resident Magistrate to preside over cases involving childrén in respect
of Maua Law Courts and the whole of Eastem Province. with effect
from 1st Iuly, 2005. '
