WHEREAS Ngurtlru Muttlra (deceased), is registered proprietor in
absolute ownership interèst of that piece of Iand known as parcel No.
Muguga/let Schem'e/6g, situate in the dirtlicmof Kiambu. and whereas
the Hlgh Cotlrt of Kepya at Nairobi, in succession cause No. 23 of
2003. has lss' ued a grant of letters of administration to Hannah Njeri
Ngururu'
, and whereas a1l efforts made to recover the land title deed
issued eyrlier to the said Nguiuru Mutura (deceased), to the land
registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given thal after the
'
exjiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof jrovided that 'no
valld objection has been received .within that perlod, 1 intcnd to
' dispense with the productkm of the said land title deed and proce' ed
with the registration of the said administration Ietter tt) Hannah Njeri
Ngururu, and upon such registration the Iand title deed issued earlier to
the said Ngururu Mutura (deceased). shall be deemed to be cancelled
and of no effect.
