IN EXERCISE of ttte powers c'onferred by 'section 3 of the National Assembly and Presidential Elçctions Ac( and regulation 3 ( 1) of the National Assembly Electiuns (Registration of Voters) Regulations, tile Electoral Commission appoints the persons named in the second and third columns of the schedule to be the registration officers and assistant registration officersa respectively for the constituencies named in the tirst column of the schedule. The appointment shall come into force on 28th October. 2005 and will be for the conduct of the referendum to be held on 21st November, 2005 only. .
