WHEREAS Njau Waiharo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that parcel of land known as Muguga/Kanyariri/zz4, containing 1 1.7 acres or tllereaboutv simate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court of Kenyq at Nairobi, in succession cause No. 1229 of 1998, has issued a grant of letters of Yminisèaiion to Public Trustee, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Njau Waiharo (deceased), has been reported missing qr lost,*notice is given that after the expimtion of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lalnd utle dçed and proceed with registration of the said instzument of %nsfer RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration, tlle land title deed issued earlier to the said Njau Waiharo (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
