ACT
NOTICE is issued in pursuance to the provisions of the Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38), to Beach Construction Company, of
P.O. Box 4431 5, Nairobi, the owner of lorry reg. No. KWU 586, to
take delivery of the said motor vehicle from Olkaria-Kenya
Electricity Generating Company Limited premises within thirty (30)
days from the date of the publication of this notice upon payment of
storage charges and costs of publishing this notice. failure to wltich the
salne shall be disposçd off in accordance with the Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Aci, without any futher reference to the owners as
from 1st December, 2005. '
