the following title and reference: THE CONSTITUTION OF KENYA REVIEW (AMENDMENT) ACT (Cap. 3A) AND THE CONSTITUTION OF KENYA REVIEW (REFERENDUM) REGULATIONS IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation (1) of the Constitution of Kenya Review (Referendum)' Regulations, the ELectoral Co~llrnission of Kenya gives notice for the purpose of polling during the forthcoming referendum which will take place on the 21st November, 2005, that- (a) the constituencies appearing in capital letters and underlined and the local authorities below in the first column are respectivzly divided into the polling areas (civic wards) specified in the second column; fb) the polling areas (civic wards) in the second column are each assigned tentres with distinguishing numbers specified in the third column; (c) each polling area (civic ward) has the place or places specified in the fifth column as place or places at which the polling stations for s~lch polling area shall be situated.
