WHEREAS Rosemin Jiwa, of P.O. Box 84873, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land known as portion No. 142, Mambrui, within Malindi Municipality in the Malindi District, held by a certiticate of title registered as C.R. 7480, and whereas sufticient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certitkate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from- the date hereof, I sball issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objectitm has been received within that period.
