WHEREAS (1) Odongo Ochieng and (2) Edris Osimbo Khalanga, both of P.O. Box 128, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that parcel of land known as South ' Ugefiya/Yiro/Mo, situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas the ' senior resident magislate's court at Siaya in succession cause No. 48 of 2002 and civil suit No. l l of 2001, dire' cted that the said piece of land be registered in the names of (l) Sakayo Owino Waswala and (2) Edris Osimbo Khalangw of P.O. Box 128, Kakamega, and whereas a1l efforts made to locate the land title deed issued to (1) Odongo Ochieng and (2) Edris Osimbo Klmlanga, have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the prodllction of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer by personal representative'and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Sakayo Owino Waswala and (2) Edris Osimbo Khalanga, and upon such registration, the land titlc deed issued earlier to the said (1) Odongo Ochieng and (2) Edris Osimbo' Khalanga, shall be deemed to be cancdled and of no effect.
