THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT THIKA IN THE MAUER OF THE ESTATE OF NAOMI NJOKI NDUNGU ' PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 433 OF 2005 LET ALL the aparties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died on 9th July, 2000, has been tiled in this registry by Daniel Githu Ndungu, in his capacity as an administrator of the deceased's estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must-be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days (if publication of this notice.
