WHEREAS M'Mutiga Mwithimbu (deceased), of P.O. Box 1863,
Meru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece
of Iand known as Kiirua/Ruiri/683. colgaining 3.64 hectares or
thereabout, situate kn the district of Meru, and whereas the chief
magistrale's court at Meru, in succession cause No. 196 of 2003, has
ordered that the land parcel in question be regiytered in the name- of
Grace Kanongu Mw' ithimbu, alid whereas a11 efforts made to recover
the. land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land be
surrendered to the iand registrar for cancellation have failed notke is
given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof
provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I
intend to dispense with the 'production of the .said land title deed and
proceed with thezregistration of the said grjmt-documelxs issued to
Grace Kanongu Mwithimbu, and upon such production the land title
deed issued earlier to the said M'Mutiga Mwithimbu (deceased), shall
be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. '

within that pe'riod, I intend to dispense with the production of the said
land title deed and proceed to implement the court order and uplm such
registration, issue another land title deed to the newly registered
owners hence the previous land title deed shall be deemed to be
cancelled and of no effect.
