THE HZH COURT OF KENYA AT BUNGOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF AKAPETUS SIMIYU WASILWA PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 59 OF 2005 LET ALL the partics concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of Ietters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Mabusi! Tongarçn, bn 8tl1 Wpril, 1992, has been filed in this registry by (1) Sylveîter Wasilwa Silniyu and (2) Rosina N. Nyongesa, both P.O. Box 338, Bungoma, in their respective ' capacities as an administrator and administratrix of the deceased's estate. ' And further take notice that objections in the prescribed fonn to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be Iodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this rcgistry ih the presciibed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or tt.l make qllch order
