WHEREAS Kangangi Mubira, of P.O. Box 23075, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya' is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 21.9. 8.8. and 7.9 acres or thereabout, situate in the distlict of Kiambu, registered under title Nos. Kabete/Kibichiku/l 50, l54 and Kabete/lfarurasl 7, respectively, and whereas sufficient- evidence has been addgced to show that the land title deeds is' sued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
