WHEREAS Tilnothy Kanyua Mugambi (deceasedls of Githimu, Gaturi Location. Embu District in the Republic of Kenya. is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containîng 0.056 hectare or thereabouts. known as Gaturi/Githimu/4s3z, situate in the district of Embu. and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Embu, in.succession catlse No. 75''A*' of 2003. has ordered that the said piece of land be l'egistered in the name of Catherine Mugambi, and whereas aIl efförts made to recover tlze land title deed issued in rekpect of the said piece of lalld to the Iand registrar have failèd, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid obiection has been received within thyt period, l intend to dispense with the production of the said land xtitle deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue a land title 'deed to the said Catherine Mugambi. and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlxier to the said Timothy Kanyua Mugambi .
