THE PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT KERUGOYA , IN THE MAWER OF THE ESTATE OF MARGRET WANJIKU NJUGUNA PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION . SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. l75 OF 2005 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at A. C. K. Mt. Kenya Hospital, on 20th May, 2005, has been filed in tllis registry by (1) Peter M.wangi Kanandu and (2) Francis Muthii Kanandu, both of P. 0. Box 804, Kerugoya, in their capacities as administrators of the deceased's estate. And fullher take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take nptice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed fonn within thirty (30) days of the date of . publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
