Management Authority (NEMA), has received an environmental

houses in Lavington, Nairobi by Dalani Limlted. '
The proposed project Will be situated along Ndotto Road, on plot
L.R. No. 3734/612, in 'Lavington, one of the upper class residential
areas of Nairobi. The site is in close proximity to many shopping
centres and malls.
The objective of the project is to develop eight (8) up-market town
houses.
Tlke project anticipates the following impacts and mitigation
measures:
