THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT KISUMU IN THE MAWER OF THE ESTATE OF MIKA JUNE JAMES ONDIEK PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION - SUCCESDUN CAUSE NO. 70 OF 1996 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died on 9th July, 1982, has been filed in this registry by Elijah Odoyo June (Dr.), in his capacity as son of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed fçrm' to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in thc prescribed fonn within thirty (30) days o-f the date of publication of this notice, tlle court may proceed to mgke tlie grant as prayed or to make such order
