THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE'S COURT ' AT MURANG'A IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF KANYI KANIARU PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE N0. 249 OF 2004 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of lettel.s of adfninistration intestatt to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Kandani Sub-location, Kahumbu Location, Maragua District, on .13th August, 1969, haF been filed in this registry by Jackson Kamau Kanyi, of P.O. Box 9 , Sabasaba, in his capacity as an administrator of the deceased's estate's estate. And further take notice that objections in the presclibed fonn to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this rcgistry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed fonn within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
