COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NOTICE is given that preparytion of the above-named part
development plan has been completed.
The part development plan relates to land .situated within lsiolo
Township, Isiolo District.
Copies of the part development plan have been deposited for
public inspection at the oftices of the District Physical Planning
Ofticer. lsiolo and Clerk, Isiolo County Council.
The copies so deposited are avallable for inspection free of charge
by alI persons interested at the oftices of the District Physical Planning
bfticer, Isiolo and Clerk. Isiolo County Council, between the hours of
8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in
connection with or objection to the above-named pgrt development
plan may send such representations ()r objections in writing to be
received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Bpx 554.
Isiolo, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of 'this notice
and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it
is made.

FOR THE PROPOSED PRINTING PRESS AND PACKAGING
FACILITIES, OFFENTERPRISE ROAD, NAIROBI
PURSUANT to regulatiop 21 of the Environmental (Impact
Assessment and Audit) Regulations, the National Environment
Management Authority (NEMA), has received an environtental
impact assessm' ent study report for the proposed printing press and
packaging facility, off Enterplise Road, Nairobi by English Press
Limited.
The proposed project will be located off Enterprise Roa
Industrial Area. Nairobi, on plots L.R. Nos. 209/1 3545/2, 3, 4, 5, t,,
209/1 3546 ànd 209/13556.
The objective of the project is to pr'ovide pripting, packaging and
dispatch of books, brochures and catalogues, magazines, calendars and
other related products for a wide range of clientele. ' '

PURSUANT to regulation 21 of the Environmental (lmpact
Assessment and Aadit) Regulations, the Natjonal Environment
Management Authoriiy (NEMA), has received an environmental
impact assessment study report for the proposcd green houge flower
farming at Rongai. Nakuru District. '
The proposed projtct will be situated at Rongai, Nakuru District. It
lies about 25 km. to the north-west of Nakuru Town at an altitude of
1950m above sea level. The project is accesscd through the Rongai
tarmac road. Rongai rive.r pa%ses through tbe 150 acre farm.
The objectjve of the project is to diversify agricultural activhies in
the area at the same time contributing to rtlral develppment as well as
promctigg economic grow'tll.
The project anticipates the following impacts and mitigaticm
