Box 1431, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as qroprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of Iand situate ln the district of Thika, registered under titlc No. Ruiru East Block 5/317. and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas alI efforts made to locate the said register (green card) of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thilly (30) days from tht date hereof, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening. the said missing land register shall be fleemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
