THE SENIOR RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT HOMA BAY IN THE MAWER OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM ODIE OMONGE, PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE NO. 54 OF 2004 LET ALL the parties collcerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of adlninistration intestate to the estate of the above- namcd deceased, who died on 2nd September, 1987, has been filed in this registry by Peter Ooko Agunyo, of Kajulu Sub-location, P.O. Box 50, Asumbi. in his capacity as stepson of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And furlher take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry i11 tlle prescribed fonn within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make stlch order
