PIJRSUANT to reguhtion 21 of the Environmental (lmpact
Assessment and Audit) Regulations, the National Environrnent
Management Authority (NEMA), has received an environmcntal
impact assessment study report for the proposed lopa Villas
(Maisonettes). Mavoko Municipality, Machakos District by Jopa
Villas Limitcdk
The propcsed project will be situated off Mombasa Road, on plot '
L.R. No. 1149/7. in Mavoko Municipàlity, Athi River Division in
Machakos District.
The objective of the project is to construct 323, maisonettes to ease
housing problems cspecially in Nairobi.
The project anticipates the following impacts and mitigatic
meastlres'.

Management Authority (NEMA), has received an envirenmental
impact assessment study report for the promsed Pebo Retal Station,
West-Mugirango by Peter Bogonko.
The proposcd project will be situated along Kisii-Kericho llighway
on plot L.R. No. West 'Mugirango/siamani/ss l8. lt is about 3 km.
from Nyamira Town and meagures about 0.5 acre. '
The objective of the prolect is to provide quality fuel consisteutly.
