WHEREAS Samuel Waititu ole Sayiore, of P.O. Box 23. Athi River in the Republic of Kenya. is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. KJD/Kitengela/2989, situate in the distlict t:f Kajiado. and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi. in civil suit No. 2375 of 1994. has ordered that theesaid piece of land be transferred to Njau Kabue Njau, as trustee for Haraka Mengo Society, of P.O. Box 42919, Nairobi. and whereeas the deputy i'egistrar of thc said coul4 has in pursuance to an order of the said cours execufed an instrument of transfer of the said piecy of land in favour of Niau Kabue Niau. as trustee for Haraka Mengo Society. and wllereas'all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed .issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided tbat no valid objection bas been recelved within that period, I fntend to dispense with !he production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrumegt oJtransfer and issue kl land titlc de-ed to the said Njau Kabue Njau, an upon such registration ihe land title deed .issued earlier to the said Samuel Waitim ole Sayiore. shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effeet. Box 10, Muhoroni. and whereas the executive ofticer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed an instrument of transfer of the said piecç of land in favour of Atieno Oyindo, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered ' proprietor to surrender the land title deed issucd in respect of the said piect of land to the Iand registrar have failed, notice is given that aher the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instmment of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Atieno Oyindo, and upon such yegistration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nashon Onyoo Okumbo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
