given that a1l creditors and others having any claims against or
claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of the deçeased late

ejtate a grant of probate of written will was granted on 26th May,

Management Authority (NEMA), llas received an environmental
impact assessment study report for the proposed residential
development at the Wejtern side of lmara Daima Vstate, off Mombasa
Road, Nairobi by Beco Properties Limited.
''f'he proposed project will be situated oll the Western side of Imara
Dàima Estate, on plot L.R. No. 2*/1 1874, off Mombasa Road,
Nairobi. To the nort.h is Mzima Spriggs School.
The objective of tbe project is to develop ultra model.n residential
hotlsing estate comprksîhg of 416 two-bed toomed uhits. ll1 addition,
the development will also comprise a sclmol and a shopping centre.
