WHEREAS Kisima Farm Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, of P.O. Box 20139, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of tllat piece of land known as L.R. No. 28 l l . situate in the north of Mt' . Kenya in the north of Nyeri District. by virtue of a grant, registered as I.R. 2740/1, and whereas sufficiçnt evidence has been adduced to show that the siid grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, l shali issue a provisional certiticate of title provided tbat no objectioi has been received within that period.
