WHEREAS Sylvester Kisala. is registered proprietor of that piece

district of Kwale, and whereas the resident magistrate*s court at
Mombasa, in land award No. 3 of 1996, has ordered that the said piece
of land be transferred to Daniel MiGl'o Kan'gau, and wheteâs the
executive ofticer of the said' court has in pursuance to an order of the
said court executed an instrument of transftr in favour of Daniel
Miulo Kan'gau. and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered
proprietor to surrender the Iand title deed issued in respect of the said
piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after
the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no
valid objection has been received within that period. I intend to
dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed
with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land
