WHEREAS Grace Wanjiru Muthinji, of P.O. BOx 2107, Nnkunl in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as Iyoprietor in absolute ownership interest of that yiece of land contalning 3.402 hectares or thereabout, situate in the dlstrict of Naktuu, registered under title Nd. Miti Mingi/Mbaruk Block 5/70, and whereas sufticient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed isgued thereof has been Iost, notice is givin that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
