WHEREAS Machii arap Maritim, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 9.2 hectares or (hereabout, situate in the district of Nandi, registered under 7- .'hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, registcred under title No. Uasin Gishu/Kimumu/l 558, and whereas sufticient evidence has been adduced to show that the Iand title deed issued thereof has been Iost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.
