WHEREAS Rebecca Cheruto Chepkulul, of Bomet in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute öwnership interest of those pieces of land known as parcel Nos. Kericho/rl-egat/4l3, l 359 and 1 360, situate in the district of Bomet, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kericho, in civil suit No. 22 of 1996, has ordered that the' $ (1) Kipruto Chepkulul, (2)said pieces of Iand be subdivided am ng Kipkilel Chcpkulul, (3) Kiptechtulwet Chepkulul and (4) Rebecca Cheruto Chepkulul, aIl of Bomet. and èhereas the deputy registrar of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed an instrument of subdivision and (ransfer' in favour of ( 1) Kipruto Chepkulul, (2) Kipkilel Chepkulul, (3) Kiptechtulwet Chepkulul and (4) Rebecca Chefuto Chepkulul, aI1 of Bometm and whereas aI1 effolts made to comjel. the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deeds issued ln respect of thç said pieces of land to the land registrar have failed, noticç is given that aftcr the expiration of thirty (39) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been rcceived within that period, l intend to dispense with the prpduction of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of subdivision and transfer and issue land title deeds to the said ( 1) Kipruto Chepkulul. r2) Kipkilel Chepkulul, (3) Kiptechtulwet Chepkulul and (4) Rebeccafhenlto Chepkulul, all of Bomet, and upon such registration the Iand title deeds. issued eatlier to the said Rebecca Cheruto Chepkulul, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZEUE NOTICE NO. 3395 WHEREAS Samuel Kamanga s/o Thende alias Kamanga Thende (deceased), is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that pkce of land known as parcel No Lari/Maginafr. 349. containing 0.28 acre or thereabouts, situete in the district of Kiambu. and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Limuru. in succession cause No. 3 of 2004, has issued grant of letters of administration to Naomi Njeri 'Kamanga, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Samuel Kamanga s/o Thende alias Kamanga Thende (deceased), hag been rcported missing or lost. notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been rcceived within that pefiod. l illtend to dispense with the production of thc said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrumeny of -transfer RL. 19 and ,RL. 7. and upon 'such fegistrJqion thc land title deed igsued earlier to the said Samuel Kamanga s/o Thende alias Kamanga Thende (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
