TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2024 By (1) Susan Muthithi Nganga, (2) Rosemary Wangari Nduati and (3) Susan Muthithi Nganga, all of P.O. Box 50382–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugure Kangethe alias Esther Mugure Kangethe, who died at St. Teresa Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
