TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2024 By (1) Wilson Ayabei Boinet and (2) Kennedy Kibet Kiprotich, both of P.O. Box 1–00521, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Ketter N. K., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Kiprotich Boinet, who died at Embakasi, on 16th February, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
